Deliveries and returns, outside Sweden
All costs are included in addition to the shipping costs 25€. We offer free shipping on orders over 300€.
We take the delivery of your order extremely seriously and as such we work very closely with our couriers - DHL, DBSchenker and UPS.
We offer full traceability for your orders from point of shipping through to delivery.
You will receive an email as soon as we ship your orders from our warehouse, showing you when you can expect delivery of your order and a link through to the tracking system where you will be able to see the progress of your delivery.
Normally your order will be shipped the same day the order is placed.
Within Sweden you should have the delivery within 2-4 days, rest of Europe within a week.
For the security of your order, all of our deliveries require a signature. If you unfortunately miss the delivery of your order, the courier will attempt to deliver it to a neighbour. If this is not possible, the courier will leave you a card informing you that an attempted delivery has taken place, with information about what will happen next. The courier may try to redeliver or another day, or you may be given options to choose new delivery options.
Sometimes it is not quite as you have imagined and then it goes without saying that it is good to return the product to us within 14 days. For a faster, more efficient and more environmental return management, you first register your case here.
You will receive a shipping bill by email to you that you can print and use when returning. A returned product must be unused and packaged in its original packaging.
The return shipping costs 20€ in Sweden and 35€ in rest of EU and that amount is deducted from the goods value when we pay back money to you.
If delivered product is faulty or damaged, you can complain. We ask that you first register your case with us at email@example.com Our customer service will then come back to you for further action in the matter. The receipt that you access via the link in your delivery confirmation. The warranty does not cover transport costs. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Advisory Board's decision.
We follow the consumer authority's rules for e-commerce and returns.
